Little collage for projection I put together the other night in Umbratorium. I had created the images for another piece but didn’t get to use them. Some of them are original, and some are found. The black angels and the princess are mythical drawings I found in some Islamic literary and folkloric works.

The lady on the right is a detail from a drawing I made a long time ago. She didn’t had either of her eyes. But when I placed her onto Rm41, my projector, little dust ball stuck under the glass gave her one of her eyes back. I thought, it look even creepier than before, so I kept it perfectly in place.

Now, we need a story to go with this. Once upon a time….
